A little bit about me....

I am based in East London and graduated from Middlesex University in 2007. Since then I have continued to make and develop my work with research into the use of translucent silicone in jewellery.

My designs take inspiration from the luminous colours, shapes and movement of creatures from the deep sea. I use these qualities to make playful pieces that move with the wearer and glow in the dark.

Colour has always been a significant visual feature in my jewellery, the process of introducing new colour surfaces and materials into my work is important to how the pieces develop. By using the translucent qualities of silicone and introducing phosphorescent and bright colour pigments, I combine these with the shifting reflective surfaces of metal and plastics to convey some of the qualities of underwater life forms.
