All purchases will be packaged in a Jenny Llewellyn branded orange box. All deliveries will require a signature so please bear this in mind when providing your delivery address at the checkout.
UK – Free delivery
- All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Special delivery. This is a fully insured service, with online tracking included. Items are received next day, from note of dispatch.
- Within Europe – £10. Items are sent by Airsure (International tracked & signed for service). Insured for up to £250. Items are received 3-5 days after dispatch.
- Outside of Europe – £10. Items are received 5-10 days after dispatch.
Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with a purchase, you have 14 days to return unworn items in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. You will then receive a refund or exchange to the full value of your purchase. You are responsible for the safe return of the jewellery. Jenny recommends you send items using a delivery service that insures you to the full value of goods. Jenny cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you receive is faulty. Unfortunately commissioned or personalised items cannot be exchanged unless faulty. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
To arrange a return please email email@example.com stating your name, details of item and reason for a return/exchange. All items must be returned in the same unused condition they were received in the original Jenny Llewellyn packaging.
