How do I place an order?

Jenny has tried to make it as easy as possible! All you need to do is find the piece you’d like to purchase and click ‘Add to cart’ then go to ‘Checkout’, or click on the shopping bag icon at the top of the page.Shopping bag

All payments are done through Paypal. If you have a Paypal account you can log in to your account, or if not just click on ‘Don’t have Paypal?’ and follow their instructions. Don’t forget to add your contact details so Jenny can update you about your order. You will receive an email to confirm your order and then another when it is ready to be posted.

How long will my order take?

All jewellery is hand made to order by Jenny in her London studio so please allow between 1-3 weeks from order date. If you would like your order for a particular date, then just let Jenny know and she will try her best to meet your deadline. You will be contacted once your piece is ready to be dispatched and items will only be posted once payment has been approved. Jenny will always aim to make and dispatch pieces as soon as she can.

On the rare occasion that Jenny has not managed to make your piece within the 1-3 weeks quoted, this may be due to seasonal demands, she will contact you in plenty of time with an estimated dispatch date.

What payment methods are accepted?

All payments are done through Paypal.  You do not need a Paypal account for this, card details can be entered manually. Paypal is a secure payment service that Jenny uses to process your order and payment. Paypal accepts all card types including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Solo.

After checkout, you will be redirected to Paypal’s secure server to input your payment and contact details. During this process your details can not be accessed by anyone expect Paypal. After completing the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email for your order. Jenny will then email you when your order is ready for dispatch.

What shipping methods are available?

UK – Free delivery

  • All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Special delivery. This is a fully insured service, with online tracking included. Items are received next day, from note of dispatch.

International

  • Within Europe – £10. Items are sent by Airsure (International tracked + signed for service). Insured for up to £250. Items are received 3-5 days after dispatch.
  • Outside of Europe – £10. Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. Items are received 5-10 days after dispatch.

Does my purchase come gift wrapped?

All jewellery comes packaged in a Jenny Llewellyn branded orange box with a little care card so you know how to look after your silicone jewellery.

What is your returns policy?

If you are unhappy with a purchase, you have 14 days to return unworn items in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. You will then receive a refund or exchange to the full value of your purchase. You are responsible for the safe return of the jewellery. Jenny recommends you send items using a delivery service that insures you to the full value of goods. Jenny cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you receive is faulty. Commissioned or personalised items cannot be exchanged unless faulty, or otherwise agreed. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

If your item is a gift, and the date the lucky person you plan to give it to falls outside of the 14 day returns policy, please notify Jenny and she can extend it to an agreed date.

To arrange a return please email hello@jennyllewellyn.com stating your name, details of item and reason for a return/exchange. All items must be returned in the same unused condition they were received in the original Jenny Llewellyn packaging.

Looking for a different colour?

Jenny welcomes commissions and will mix any colour of silicone you like! If you would like a piece specially designed for you,  or a piece in a different colour of silicone to one you see on the website, please contact Jenny to discuss further. All silicone pieces are individually cast and coloured so almost any colour can be created.

What is gold vermeil?

Vermeil is a heavy gold plate over sterling silver and it is generally thicker than what is referred to as gold plate. All items are plated with 3 microns (4 on rings) of 18 carat gold over silver. This plating should last for years if stored and cared for correctly, however gold plated items will naturally fade over time dependent on how often you wear your piece. Try not to wear plated items when bathing or swimming, and avoid close contact with perfume or harsh chemicals. Please do not polish gold plated items as this can cause the gold to fade. If this happens, please feel free to get in touch for the cost of re-plating.

How do I know which ring size to order?

If you don’t know your ring size, the best thing to do is to go to your local jewellers and get them to size your finger. Alternatively you can always visit Jenny at her studio and she will be happy to check your size. Don’t forget to select the ring size you require when placing an order.

Can I buy something online and then collect from your studio?

Yes that’s fine! You are more than welcome to come and collect your item from Jenny’s studio. Please contact Jenny to arrange a time to pick up your purchase before visiting.

I saw a piece of jewellery at a show and you don't have it online?

If you saw a particular piece at a show and you cannot see it online, just send Jenny an email stating which show you saw it at with a description of the piece and she will check availability of that design.
